Can I apply eyeliner on top of eyeshadow primer?

just so eyeliner stays put for the whole day. because everytime i apply pencil eyeliner, it creases.


please dont tell me to use another eyeliner alternative. I need pencil eyeliner because liquid eyeliner is too dramatic on me. so i need a softer black for my eyes.

Anytime I want my eye makeup to stay on for a while, I use Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion. I just apply a small amount to my lid, rub it in and put my pencil eyeliner on top, simple as that!Can I apply eyeliner on top of eyeshadow primer?
you can. i use concealer as a ';primer.'; if you need a soft, easily blendable eye liner, use eye shadow. I use the edge of the applicator to draw on the makeup, then smudge it or blend it, whichever look i'm going for. i even do ';cat eye'; make up looks this way, and can't do it with actual eye liner pencils. (my dirty little secret, lol)
Yes you can! I do it every other day! I stays on all day and doesn't smuge. The best eye primer I have found is the brand Too Faced, which you can find at Ulta.
