Does wet eyeshadow work as eyeliner?

If I apply it with a thin angled brush that is slightly damp, would it look ok instead of eyeliner?Does wet eyeshadow work as eyeliner?
yes it accualyy does work. but mostly for the top line. accually i use bare minerals eyeshadow and its great for doing that!!

seriously it works great with some primer. heres a link for like the bestttttttttttt primer ever. its by urban decay. just rub it in on your eyelid befor application of makeup and it makes your makeup last perfectly all day!

yeah, thats what my friend does and it looks great.


BUT. what i have found is that with my eyeshadow, when i wet it, it comes out darker and brighter but it wipes off WAY too easily. if you are using a dark shadow, i would try to use it dry and if it doesnt work, then wet it but i would try it before you have to go out somewhere in case it doesnt turn out right

works really well for a smoky look. should defo give it a try just be careful you dont press down on the damp eyeshadow too hard or itll crumble. what a mess.

Yes, absolutely! It will look more dramatic though so blend it really well if you want it to look really subtle.
