If cost isn't a big deal to you I would suggest Urban Decay as they have some really fun and funky colours. If money is of some concern you should try NYX. They have an amazing selection of colours, the pigmentation is fantastic, and they are dirt cheap.Where can I get BRIGHT eyeshadow?
depends if u wanna spend a lot of money go to mac if not loreal hip has great colors and they are cheap

Look for Ben Nye eyeshadows. They are used for theater/stage shows and are HIGHLY pigmented in bright colors.

I would definately recommend MAC, they have sooo many colors that r really, really bright!
Hey hun! lol! If u wanted to use BRIGHT eyeshaddow, i would stick with a neon yellow! You should bye it at target or walmart! The cheaper the better!
