tip: add a little bit of the white to your inner corners


it gives the illusion of brightness and makes your eyes look bigger :)
I think you shouldn't try to match your eyeshadow with your top. It's clunky, and old fashioned. If you want a jewel-tone vibe, however, you should use rich colors like dark brown, dark green, and dark blues.
I would stay with neutral colours:





A creamy beige, with black eyeliner.
