Eye shadow primer....using eyeshadow wet....?

i use max factor pwder eyeshadow but it fades off inlike an hour. what eyeshadow primer would work for me? and the eyeshadow says that you can use it wet. how do you use it wet??Eye shadow primer....using eyeshadow wet....?
you have a few options, and you already mentioned both. you can use a primer or water. (or change brands!)





primer- apply a thin layer with your ring finger or a small flat brush, all over the eyelid. be sure to blend it in well. follow with shadow. some good choices are merle norman automatic shadow base, urban decay primer potion, and mary kay eye primer.





water- dip the tip of your brush in a drop of water, and then use the same brush to skim the surface of the shadow. work quickly to apply the shadow as desired, so that they water does not dry out and make your shadow blotch before blended.Eye shadow primer....using eyeshadow wet....?
before applying eyeshadow always dab on some moisturizer,and a bit of foundation or concealer..then when your done with your eye makeup dust lightly with loose powder..this sets the makeup..also theres this stuff called model in a bottle i heard about..you spray it all over your face and it sets your make up





oh and dip the brush in moisturizer to apply it wet..water will make it kinda run
just wet the brush and apply the eyeshadow accordingly.
