I have dark skin (not too dark more like tanned skin) and brown eyes.Which colour eyeshadow looks best with a dark blue top??
Cream colour all over eyelid, brown around eyesocket, turquoise along lash line. Black / brown mascara, with a tiny bit of navy / violet mascara on the lash tips - for evening =)





Pale coral / pink lipstick, clear lipgloss =)

teal, green or gold would all look good with the shirt as well as your coloring.
I would have to say i also depends on the pants and other clothing and make up your wearing. But with a dark blue shirt the best way to go is with a dark blue is a pretty pale white and blue mixed or a dark greenish blue.
