Urban Decay, it is amazing wet and dry and they have tons of colors. Also, Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion is the most amazing thing ever, it will keep any eyeshadow from creasing, not just Urban Decay, and it keeps your eyeshadow on until you want it to come off. I swear by it.I need to find a eyeshadow that I can use dry and wet and won't crease or fade. Please help?
