i was just at target today and they had tons of bright colors and they arent as expensive as MAC. i think the brand was wet n wild, plus some of the maybelline shadows are bright too. and for mascara i found some at sephora.
sometimes theres a mac store inside the mall or at macys. u can also try going to sephora.they have different products there and have alot of bright colors!you'll luv em!
