First thing first.It's called eye-shadow because its just supposed to be a ';shadow'; over the eye.No self-respecting make-up professional will ever approve of bright coloured eyeshadow that looks like paint.


I would suggest you go for a darker shade of eye-shadow(matte purple,maybe) and keep the green liner.Not everyone can carry of coloured liner like you.That's something to be proud of :)
you see at the bottom u put on eyeliner and you get a same coloured eyeshadow and with a stiff brush put it on the lower lash line to make it stand out, but not too thick, and on the eyelid apply it up to the brow bone
