ok i wanted to know if the glitter eyeshadow at claire's really worked? if not where can i find some affordable glitter eyeshadow %26amp; affordable bright colored eyeshadow that show up on black women? i would like to buy in it in a palette or set. this is what i want it to look like.

i dont think cheap places like claires would have good quality. if you dont mind spending some money on really high quality make up try mac. but if you want to save some money i would say nyx. a good palette would be coastal scents, its cheap and pretty good
