green is fine for blue eyes, you just have to choose the right green.
if your wearing a bright shirt then its good but you have to know when it makes your eyes everything anyone can see.

Absolutely not! People will be looking at your eye shadow and not your eyes. Unless you want to look like a punk rock star, I strongly advise against it. If you want people to look at your eyes and their beautiful color, then don't wear color on your eyes. Try natural warm color such as a tawny brown. Best of all is a little blush on the curve of your eye and your blue eyes will pop. Try it. I promise it works!
I have light blue eyes as well. I fing that green eyeshadow looks okay, but dark green olive coloured eyeliner looks amazing. you can add a little bit of drak green eyeshadow or brown eyeshadow to match and wear a neutral lip gloss and it looks great for a day time look. good luck!
Natural, earth tones are more realistic for any eye color. Also makes eyes look larger.
