well dont go over board with color but if you line around your eyes you could add a little bit of shimmer to look pretty
well.... I don't know about eyeshadow but I was reading Seventeen mag and if your going for the eye candy look with blue eyeliner on the your bottom lid and a pink eyeliner on the upper. Its edgey and eye popping! You never know you might be able to do the pink eyeshadow with the blue eyeliner!

first,i don't think the blue eyeliner is good idea for brown eyes.....but i think the lil purple eyeshadow would look nice....once again-little!!! by the way,the beat color for brown eyes is gold and dark brown, black and that sort of colors...the blue is more for green and blue eyes....but if that's what you like...........
