Really bright eyeshadow ?

i want a really good eye shadow that's sparkly and shows up really well.


like the covergirl eyeslicks.

they have tons of colored eye pencils in any drugstore or walmart, and HIP eyeshadow which normally come with two colors in one container are pretty vibrant, also maybeline has bright colors as well..eyeshadow at sephora has bright colors for as low as $9.Really bright eyeshadow ?
the HIP shadows are decent, although a few are a miss (some are difficult to pick up and deposit on the eye). However, with a good primer (if your lids are oily, then use a primer like Urban Decay Primer Potion, if not then just use something like cream eyeshadow, which is what I use over my urban decay) then those will work fine.


There are other covergirl eyeshadows as well that have nice colours and good pigmentation.


Those are the well known brands that I find work best at the drug store. There are other brands in Canada that I like, such as Annabelle, but if you do not live in Canada those are not going to be available.
coastal scents shimmer 88 palette. I have the matte and gave the shimmer as a gift. :) you get 88 eye shadows for around 20$ its a steal thats almost the cost if you buy 2- 3 drugstores or 1-2 mac.





Each color is the size of a dime. when you think about you say thats small but you get so many colors you'll barely use each one! :)

if your looking for cheap makeup in general you should check out elf.(eyes lips face) they have a lot of worth it products and at the same time most of their things are a dollar. if you want to have access to all their inventory go to the website. i think they do sell some in sephora though.
make-up forever has really pigmented eye shadow that don't need to be built up in order for the color to be vibrant
coastal sence has really pretty stuff.
