I use HIP - High Intensity Pigments by Loreal. They make a lot of bright colors that come in either small pots of color or in shade duo compacts.I need to get some EXTREMELY bright neon colored eyeshadow..?

search urban decay eyeshadow. they have badas* bright ones. i just bought the neon purple and wore it to a rave...haahaha and it stayed on all night! it actually came ina little eyeshadow pallette w/different colors and a mini eyelid primer that made it stay on all night.


they have sephora stores located in a lot of malls. just google it or something, your city.

You can get it at Wal-Mart for pretty cheap. These shadows tend to work better that your standard drugstore brands such as Maybelline and CoverGirl, and they come in some really bright colors.
Makeup Forever at Sephora has some CRAZY runway stuff
maybelline and cover girl sell really pretty eyeshadows depending on what store you go to. you might find what you want from them. But if you dont, try beauty supply stores because you would be surprised at the colors you find at a cheap price at one of those stores.
