Liner: dark brown (softer than the black liner but still gives you the defined look)
Shadow: White/gold shimmer looks awesome with blue eyes. Try a medium brown on the creases and make sure to blend!

i learned that blue eyes should wear the smokey eye look...with dark eyeliner such as brown..charcoal [or ash]...black...

I find green looks pretty good. My friend has blue eyes and it looks good on her. If you don't like black eyeliner you can try brown or gray (gray would look good) or hmm... Purple!
use gray liner and the almay eyeshadow kit for blue eyes also gray eyeshadow works with black liner. the cat eye is sexy too google it to get application tips!
