You might find, depending on the type of glasses you have, that you need to wear bright eyeshadows on them, to emphasise your eyes and not the glasses. Yes, of course you can still wear eyeshadow; just experiment with the colors and blending.

I've worn glasses since before I've worn make-up. I still wear eyeshadow - pinks, purples, and shimmery light blue and light green (also not all at the same time lol). I don't see that it makes a difference whether you're wearing glasses or not! People can still see that you're wearing eyeshadow.
Why not at the same time? I used to in the late eighties when it was very fashionable and I've worn glasses nearly all my life. You need to accentuate your eyes more behind glasses or they tend to get lost. Go for it girl!
