i think make up depends more on your skin tone than it does the color of your outfit. but from what i've heard, neutral tones have been very ';in'; as far as make up goes. i put alot of emphasis on my eyelashes and eyebrows, because that really makes a difference and can be more noticeable than the color of my eye makeup.Best color eyeshadow with a bright yellow dress?

Cover Girl has ';Eye Slicks'; Gel Eye Color in a silver/grey color, called ';Midnight Metal'; , thats flattering to any color eye.It can be used as a liner or a shadow. I think that would be great with a bright yellow dress. Gold would be too all over one color. you need some contrast too.
