There's this site called coastal scents and their make up has been compared to MAC, but seriously 10x cheaper. I've even ordered stuff from their site and been really happy with their products, especially their shadows. I ordered a white matte shadow from them (each $5) and really like it.

You have to use it wet, but white Kryolan is supposed to be really good :D
