Use whatever your eyecolor is for the color of your eyeshadow. It'll enhance your eyes without taking away the beauty of your dress. Vary the color (different hues) depending on the shape of your eyes, you may be able to pull off a little gold shimmer in the inner and outter corners of your eyes. O go for a smokey eye
I would do one of two things:
Do gold highlight with taupe in the crease and mascara, kinda subtle and a nice bold red lip
OR
Smoky eyes with a nude or light tinted lip gloss.
since a bright red dress is bold, go for minimal makeup to complement it. fresh, healthy skin, simple eyes.

i would suggest go for a neat eye make up with kohl pencil,liner n mascara.....not smokey eye though.....use a bronze or dark gold eyeshadow!!!

I think adding any colour to your eyes will over do the red look. So go for a nice, soft smokey eye and nude lips or maybe a neutral eye with some highlighting on the inner corner of the lower lids in a white pencil, and again, nude lips.
1] Try browns or grays, whichever flatter you best.
2] add black mascara
3] a little blush
4] bronze or nude lip gloss [ unless you can match the red color perfectly ]
