first of all, I LOVE THE DRESS! second,(i assume you have brown eyes?) i would wear like a bronzey color eyeshadow for just a cute look, a light pink eyeshadow (you could even use blush as eyeshadow) or if you really want WOW, (lol) then maybe do like a smoky eye. have fun at homecoming! What color eyeshadow should i wear with a bright red/pink dress?
go really easy on the eyes with a really rosy color and a peach color for your cheeks and a mauve color for the lips.
Umm DUH! Wear the the same color eye shadow as the dress! BYE
wear light brown or a reddish color
try a couple of pinks to see which would better match your skin tone, then use a brown in the crease.
light pink and for lips- a red.

hope and helped!!!

xoxo
definently pink with a touch of brown
OMG! i love that dress! you should wear white eyeshadow with it thats what i would do! Good luck and again OMG i love that dress. Hah good luck.
Brownish tones or charcoal!
don't try to match eye shaddow with your dress. the colors you wear should match your skintone.
if i was gonna wear that dress i would wear black eyeliner on the top with a light pink or cream highlighting eyeshadow that goes all the way to you browbones
wear neutral shades, like browns and coppers, and then for highlight shadow, just use a shimmery white. Since your dress sounds really bright colored, tone down the eyes a little, so it won't be bright with bright!
Dont matter the color of the dress. its the color of your eyes. so stick with a shade that hightens your eyes.
